Q: What computer equipment do we need to use Paperman?

If you use PAPERMAN over the Internet, then all that is needed is a medium powered PC connected to a DSL or ISDN modem, an Internet account and Microsoft Office SBE (Including Excel and Word). If there are a number of users who wish to use PAPERMAN at the same time, then a local area network, cable or wireless would be needed.

Q: Do we have to buy the Paperman package?

No!. With a "once-off" initial outlay to have PAPERMAN configured for your use (personal menus, company parameters e.g. period end dates) the only cost then it to pay an annual licence fee per user.

Q: Our printers have their own computer systems - will they want to enter deliveries and usage twice?

Where a printer has its own computer system, JSA will integratePAPERMAN with the Printers system using PAPERMAN EXCHANGE so that deliveries and usage entered into the printer's system will be sent to PAPERMAN via the client interface over the Internet. This can also be done with Paper Suppliers.
