September 2007 - Acorn Web take PAPERMAN
Acorn Web, part of the TraderMedia Group have installed PAPERMAN to provide its
customers with paper management and also to record deliveries and usage for its
customers who are already using PAPERMAN.
August 2007 - TITAN implements PAPINET Invoicing
Titan Publishing are installing Papinet EDI to receive Purchase Invoices from UPM
Kymmene and Stor Esno - UK and US. There are also plans to receive Papinet Invoices
from Titan's American paper suppliers. The receipt of Papinet invoices considerably
reduces workload and simplifies the whole Purchase Invoice process.
August 2007 - Southerprint use PAPERMAN
Southernprint of Poole, Dorset, have had PAPERMAN installed to raise call-offs,
enter deliveries and usage for its customers
April 2007 - Denmaur Paper plc use PAPERMAN
Denmaur Paper plc are using their own Paper Management software to manage customers
paper but have taken a PAPERMAN licence in order to interface their system with
PAPERMAN to transfer delivery and usage data using the import of CSV files.
February 2007 - Wyndeham Heron
Wynhdeam Heron have taken Paperman in order to provide Haymarket Publishing with Delivery and
Usage data thus reducing further the amount of input that Haymarket are faced with.
February 2007 - Haymarket
Installs PAPINET Invoicing Haymarket Publishing have successfully
installed PAPINET Invoicing which will considerably reduce the amount of
manual input to Paperman, automatically processing deliveries and
updating stock. February 2007 - Titan Publishing takes
PAPERMAN Titan Publishing, publisher
of the popular graphic novels such as The Simpsons, have implemented
PAPERMAN. Titan has never purchased its own paper always relying on the
printer to do so. By implementing PAPERMAN Titan can now confidently
purchase its own paper and manage it thus hoping to reduce its overall
paper costs. Titan also distributes its magazines in the United States -
PAPERMAN will eventually be used to manage the paper at the US printers.
September 2006 - P3-Salehurst use PAPERMAN
P3-Salehurst, supplier of paper to redactive Publishing Group have taken a PAPERMAN
licence in order to provide Redactive with a complete Paper Management service for
those magazines using the papers that P3 supplies.
August 2006 - Cooper Clegg uses PAPERMAN
EMAP UK have arranged for Cooper Clegg to use PAPERMAN to raise call-offs, record
deliveries and record usage thus ensuring that stock figures are far more up to
date.
August 2006 - The Economist uses PAPERMAN
The Economist have implemented PAPERMAN to manage the paper at its UK
and Asian printers. Previously UPM managed the supply of paper for The
Economist. UPM has also taken a PAPERMAN licence in order that it can
view the paper requirements of The Economist. Linking the supplier with
the publisher is one of the benefits of PAPERMAN. June 2006 -
Redactive Publishing Group goes PAPERMAN
Contract publisher, Redactive, has taken PAPERMAN to link most of its
suppliers together using Paperman to achieve consolidated Paper Cost
Reports. Also Gary Smith of Redactive has adopted PEFC and is having
PAPERMAN enhanced to provide him with all the neccessary audit reports
for BMTRADA end of year audit. As a result of Redactive adopting
PAPERMAN, P3 Salehurst and M-Real have both taken PAPERMAN licences to
manage Redactive's paper. April 2006 - McNaughton Implements
PAPINET Invoices As from April McNaughton will receive all UPM
Purchase Invoices electronically using the PAPERMAN Papinet Hub. The
main benefit will be that McNaughton will no longer have to enter
deliveries manually - the PAPINET Invoice, when approved, carries out
all the necessary processing to update the purchase order and stock.
April 2006 - HH Associates adopt PAPERMAN
HH Associates one of the county's largest Print Management companies has
adopted PAPERMAN. Initially HH will use the comprehensive PAPERMAN
Purchasing System to place and track all their purchase orders for
paper. The plan is to move onto full paper management in the future.
March 2006 - Haymarket Publishing take PAPERMAN
Haymarket Publishing Services, the U.K.'s largest independent magazine publisher
is using PAPERMAN to manage it's paper requirements.
McNaughton Publishing Papers will provide the management function for all UPM Kymmene
supplied papers whilst the Haymarket Paper Department will manage other papers.
PAPERMAN is also being installed at 3 of Haymarket's
printers to obtain paper usage data more promptly.
January 2006 - Print Media reviews PAPERMAN
The magazine Print Media interviewed John Stevens of JSA and as a result produced
an article on PAPERMAN. Print Media are targeting
Paper Management on behalf of its readers especially large print buyers.

October 2005 - Printer Uses Paperman
One of the printers that McNaughton Publishing Papers supplies has now taken a PAPERMAN licence to record paper usage for one
of MPPL's customers. It is planned that the printer will commence recording paper
deliveries during 2006.
July 2005 - EMAP Australia
PAPERMAN has now been taken by EMAP Australia,
whose requirements are quite different from the UK - considering most of the paper
they use has to travel half way around the world - hence significant lead times.
EMAP Australia also buys paper in US$ and Euros so the multi currency features of
PAPERMAN certainly help with purchasing paper.
January 2005 - Print Costing & Estimating
JSA Consultants, following extensive investigative work and software development,
is now offering its PAPERMAN
users with a Print Costing module that enables Publishers to estimate the cost of
printing periodicals both existing a new issues. The software can also be used to
establish the costs of adding pages or sections to a planned print run.
In conjunction with future print runs specified using standard PAPERMAN, the Print Costing module can be used
to raise Print Orders prior to the actual print run. PAPERMAN
will then be able to report on both paper and printing costs.
December 2004 - McNaughton Publishing Papers Limited goes live with Paperman.
Following trials during October and November, McNaughton Publishing Papers
have gone live with PAPERMAN
providing them with a complete Purchase Order Management System and offering its
customers complete Paper Management. Customers will be given the option to have
access to PAPERMAN for the
purposes of producing Financial and Management reports.
PAPERMAN will also enable McNaughton
to link Printers directly into the Paper Management system for the purposes of recording
deliveries of paper and the details of completed print runs. Add to this the processing
of suppliers invoices by way of Papinet, the paper industry's XML standard, paper
stock levels and costs will be more up to date than ever before.
Installing PAPERMAN at McNaughton's
involved B2B interfacing with the McNaughton ERP System into the corporate accounting
system.
November 2004 - Papinet Invoicing
In the early part of November, PAPERMAN
commenced receiving and processing Paper Suppliers Invoices and Credit Notes. The
major advantage of receiving Invoices electronically is that without any manual
input, paper deliveries are recorded and processed in the PAPERMAN database and paper invoices can be e-mailed
to the Accounts Department automatically, for approval for payment.
PAPERMAN complies with the
UK Customs and Excise Notice 700/63 for Electronic Invoicing.
June 2004 - Huie Associates
Joyce Huie, formerly of Salehurst and Axios Management, has chosen to work in association
with JSA to market and support PAPERMAN
and also to use PAPERMAN to
offer a Paper Management Service. Joyce is offering Paper Management Services through
her company Huie Associates, enabling publishers to outsource some or all of their
Paper Management. With Huie Associates extensive experience in Paper Management
it is able to offer 1st class training and support for JSA customers.
April 2004 - EMAP UK Limited Chooses Paperman
EMAP, one of the countries largest publishers of periodicals chose PAPERMAN as their new Paper Management System
and commenced using PAPERMAN
live at the beginning of April 2004. EMAP plans to take full advantage of PAPERMAN's Internet Access by giving access to
its overseas offices in France, Australia and the USA plus giving their printers
access to input deliveries and paper usage.

March 2004 - Paper Mills and Merchants Interested in Paperman
A large Paper Merchant and a number of Paper Mills are looking at PAPERMAN as a tool for providing their customers
with an added service. Although not originally intended for Paper Suppliers, PAPERMAN has been modified to
meet Paper Suppliers needs.
March 2004 - Large Publisher adopts Paperman as International Standard
A large Publisher has adopted PAPERMAN
as the standard Paper Management System within its organisation with intent to link
up all overseas operations with UK Head Office, taking full advantage of PAPERMAN's Internet capability.
It is also planned that Printers will use PAPERMAN to transfer or input Paper Statements using Papinet or on line
PC's
February 2004 - Paperman version 1.06 is released
Since the need to control paper costs, more publishers are turning to PAPERMAN every day to provide a cost effective
way to manage their paper.
