Paperman Training And Support
A comprehensive training service is available both in terms of learning about
Paper Management and how to get the best out of Paperman.
Training is tailored for both Paper Departments and Accounts Departments and
specific courses are available for Printers.
As a follow up to training JSA provides both online support and telephone
support where a user should have difficulties in using Paperman.
JSA will provide the necessary expertise to pass data between Paperman and
your in-house IT systems. Indeed a data exchange module is available that
can be implemented to transfer data between systems.

Product Upgrades
Paperman is upgraded on a regular frequency adding new features and
facilities to meet the changing requirements of Paper Management.
The payment of an annual support fee ensures that all Paperman users receive updates
to their Paperman system automatically.
Papinet
JSA provide a complete implementation service for Papinet transactions
and also ongoing support should there be any sort of problems with
electronic transactions. All Papinet transactions are automatically archived on the JSA servers.

Bespoke Service
Should any Paperman licence holder require their own tailored reports,
system integration or new features within Paperman JSA will provide
the consultancy and necessary software development to meet these requirements.
New of ad-hoc reports can be requested on line and delivered on the same day.
