Product Support
PAPERMAN operates on a JSA
server at its premises providing full database mirroring and hot standby support
servers. Backup servers will also be installed at an Internet Service Provider,
in the event of a disaster.
If used over the Internet, PAPERMAN
is supported by JSA within its own offices and is therefore in a position to offer
instant service. Telephone lines will be manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Where PAPERMAN is installed
on a client's own Intranet, JSA will implement a direct dial in or VPN facility
to attend to any problems without the need to attend the end-users premises.
Since most of JSA's clients are all using the same servers at JSA's offices support
and maintenance is made far more simple, new facilities and modifications being
made on the single server for all on-line clients.
